We harvest fresh artichokes from our farms, and our plant processes them in three to five hours, Peeling, cutting, washing, blanching, cooling, sorting, packaging in drums with lid closure after mesh, and adding the proper salt, citric acid, and ascorbic acid to produce a perfect result are just a few of the processes it goes through.
